004 – What Does ”Defining a Culture” Mean

Business culture seems to be the hot topic amongst society as of late. Which brought upon a question; what does it mean to “define a culture”?

Do you know who established the culture at your current employer?

Think about the core values that you hold in high regard as well as, and probably even more so, why you hold them in such high regard.
